The Faculty has a vibrant research culture organised primarily through research centres, groups and institutes.
The aim of the Centre for Public Health and Wellbeing is to impact directly on population health and wellbeing, and enable ethical and reflexive contributions to public health policy and practice. Our approach is multidisciplinary and spans physical, health and social sciences.
We take a whole systems approach to create healthy and sustainable environments that promote wellness, and recognise the wider determinants of health and wellbeing. We are passionate about our mission to improve health, narrow health inequalities and prevent the spread of communicable and non-communicable diseases in community populations.
